‘Ask me what I do for a living and I’ll tell you ‘I’m a gap filler’ says Michael. ‘This means I find out where people are now, where they want to be and help them to fill the gap; as quickly as possible, as economically as possible and make it as enjoyable as possible.’
Most of Michael’s gap filling work is carried out working in-house with organisations who have a desire to invest in their people, change what they do with a passion and get results.
