Here we are, mid-September – the perfect moment to get back on it.
From now until Christmas there are just 97 days.
That’s one 90-day Massive Action Project followed by a week to relax into the festivities and finish your year on a high.
Imagine this: It’s the week before Christmas, you’re raising a glass, celebrating everything you’ve smashed. Nice thought?
Whether it’s a fitness goal, a work project or just getting your sh*t together — this is your window.
Why Now?
90 days is a sweet spot. It’s long enough to make a real change but short enough to stay focused and get things done. And let’s face it – summer’s over.
Avoid the Regret
Be honest, you’ll often do more to avoid pain than to gain pleasure. Think of the pain if you miss out. The pain of looking back and thinking, ‘I could have done it… But I didn’t’. The pain of thinking it’s 2025 in two weeks, should I just start then? That’s real.
Here’s the kicker — what if you Flip It? Use pain avoidance to kick start your Massive Action Project now. Imagine the pleasure of ticking off your goal and knowing that you nailed it.
Pick one goal – not five (it’s not a to-do list) and go nuts for 90 days.
Need an idea? Here’s ten:
1. Fitness/Weight Loss
Set a target – drop a dress size, shift a stone, improve your fitness level. It’s all doable in 90 days.
2. Write That Book
Writing 500 words a day means you’ll have 45,000 words in 90 days.
3. Launch a Side Hustle
Do you have an idea brewing? Use the next 90 days to get your side hustle off the ground.
4. Declutter Your Home
Transform your living space by clearing out one room at a time. A clutter-free home is great for a clutter-free mind!
5. Learn a New Skill
Always wanted to learn a language, play an instrument or master cooking? 90 days is long enough to build a solid foundation, impress yourself and show off your new talent.
6. Sort Out Your Finances
Not the next Warren Buffett – that takes a little longer than 90 days, but what can you save, cancel, invest in and educate yourself with, that will improve your financial literacy?
7. Create a Morning Routine
Establish a productive, energising routine. Whether it’s meditation, journaling, or an early morning walk 90 days is long enough to embed it into your life.
8. Kick a Bad Habit
The flip of creating a good habit is quitting a bad one. Smoking, cutting back on sugar, or reducing screen time, 90 days is the perfect window to make a lasting change.
9. Embrace Digital
Whether it’s Ai 🤖, automation, marketing or a dozen other new technologies, you can get ahead of the curve in just 90 days.
10. Deepen a Relationship
Spend 90 days focusing on connection – whether that’s scheduling regular time with family or strengthening your network. Relationships thrive on consistent effort!
Choose.
Focus.
Take action.
Finish 2024 with a bang.

I am going to use those 90 days to begin the self-publishing process properly. And aim to launch the book in April. I have an event in May during which I could sell it.
FFabulous! Thank you Michael for the prompt.
About to go and find my copy of ‘How To Be Brilliant’.
Choosing Fitness/Health and looking forward to ‘avoiding the regret’.
Just perfect timing as we are living our dream of a road trip Through California and the Pacific Highway. The food has meant a refocus on fitness and achieving our ideal weight when we return. Love the list as it has set us up for 2025 to tick off many of them. Brilliant as ever Michael 👏 Thank you x
I want to loose 26 pounds and be consistent on my personal YouTube channel.
I will use the next 90 days to FINALLY nestle my responsible eating and moderate exercise for sustaining good health and healthy weight. It is NOT dieting. This has been a YEARS’ long life project and I just need a few final tweaks.
Crikey. What a prompt to kick the procrastinator! Thank you Michael. Well, I was thinking, “One… can I do three?”
So in case you say yes, here are my choices in order:
1) Lose that stone!! I am eating better, just need to move more.
2) write those assignments (which will enable me to begin my “side hustle”
3) Be committed to my financial literacy plan.
There… I’m going to stick this email up, and I will BE BRILLIANT! Thanks for the proverbial “kick”.
