It’s… all three!
A and C didn’t surprise me, but B did.
We discovered that little gem while presenting to over a thousand Spar Convenience Store owners.
Now that’s an opportunity.
The message was simple:
- Encourage people to come into your store.
- Make them feel welcome so they trust you.
- Give them delicious food options.
- Charge a fair price.
- Look after your customers.
- Repeat.
The key is people want to be led. They want suggestions.
We all want solutions – make it simple – ABC.
